I don't know when Luduranas are coming. I got the holos, I have nothing on the multichromes. I can't even find them in stores! HOWEVER. Hits has just released a multichrome collection. It has 8 colors and I know it's 6mL, buuuut I'm pretty sure I won't have major production problems with them. so I was thinking...what do you think of exchanging your Luduranas multichrome for 2 Hits multichrome each, free of charge?

I just ordered Ludurana holos and Hits holos, so does that mean I won't lose any ordered polishes if you cancel what I think is the rest of the Ludurana order? Thanks for doing this - I can't imagine how much time it has taken to put together. I'm fine with waiting for whatever the group decides. Or I'm happy to offer to distribute holo only orders throughout the U.S. if that's helpful. Thanks again! Everyone will be so happy when they get these polishes and I'm sure they are worth the wait!

I would like to do the exchange. If I understand correctly; you will try to cancel the Ludurana order and for each Ludurana someone ordered, you will replace it with two Hits multichromes? I will email you with details.

Yeah, the HITS are definitely much more streaky in that comparisons post. I mean if you're just going to cancel all the ludurana multichromes, I'd rather have my money back for those than have the HITS. -Sam (foolofatook@tampabay.rr.com)

ReplyDeleteHi! I emailed you a few days ago. I need to know either you will ship out what I ordered and paid or refund. I spent quite a bit and this is not something I am too comfortable losing. Since PayPal was used, I am protected but I would like to hear from you as to what you are able to do. I think at this time the Hits polish should just go out. I have asked privately to have mine sent privately as I have no issue paying for the shipping alone but I have heard anything back and it was several weeks back. I do appreciate the favor, but it's almost 2012 and I would rather order the polishes myself as this has been going on for quite a while. I'm sorry to be curt as well, as I am one of the most laid back people out there, but when emails aren't returned after I have spent a decent chunk of money, I get a little uncomfortable.
